The Boston Center for Ambulatory Surgery has been the premiere cosmetic aesthetic plastic surgicenter in Boston since 1978 (the first of its kind in Massachusetts) providing a center for excellent and safe cosmetic plastic surgery. The Vendome building, dating from the Victorian era, was restored in the late 1970's and has been the site of the Boston Center for Ambulatory Surgery (Aesthetic Cosmetic Plastic Surgery) since then.

The operating room equipment, anesthesia facilities, and recovery room are top notch with a nonpareil safety record.
