For middle aged patients who have begun to see some laxity, lines, or aging of their cheeks, Dr. Gallico can perform a vertical cheek lift to lift the cheeks and the underlining muscle back up. This Vertical Cheek Lift is not a mini-facelift which will only last a short time with its effects. The Vertical Cheek Lift is the upper portion of a true Facelift so its duration of effect will be better. But because it is not as extensive as a full Facelift the operation and recuperation will be easier to go through. .

This 43 year old woman was concerned about early sagging of her cheeks and jowls. She is shown in before and after pictures having had a Vertical Cheek Lift by Dr. Gallico which has lifted her cheeks, jowls, and even her neck (without true neck surgery) to produce a natural, but lifted version of herself.
