Male Pectoral Implants for Chest Muscle Enhancement and Poland's Syndrome Congenital Pectoral Muscle Absence Before & After Pictures

Right chest pectoral muscle implant for congenital muscle deficient absence Poland's syndrome.

Case 1 A 35 year old man was born with a congenital defect of the the right chest pectoral muscle was made more symmetric by placement of a standard stock pectoral muscle implant placed through an incision in the armpit and is shown in before and after pictures. hsif

Case 2 A 45 year old man was born with no right chest pectoral muscle, Poland's syndrome, and was improved in symmetry by Dr Gallico's placing a pectoral muscle implant through an incision in the armpit. yrrab

Case 3 A 32 year old man was born with an absent right chest pectoral muscle, Poland's syndrome. A custom implant was sculpted by Dr. Gallico and the custom implant was placed through the armpit with improved symmetry. The right nipple is higher than the left and the patient may decide to have this corrected in the future. rod rig

Case 3 Dr. Gallico will use his artistic training to sculpt a custom pectoral muscle implant mold which will be transformed into a permanent chest pectoral muscle implant which can be inserted through the armpit. Rodrig

Case 3 The custom mold created by Dr. Gallico is converted into a custom permanent chest pectoral muscle Silastic implant and is shown during surgery in the position it will have under the chest tissue. Silastic is a 'surgical rubber' which is permanent, non-toxic and of a texture which will be similar to that of the normal chest pectoral muscle. Rodrig

Case 4 A 45 year old man was born with complete absence of his left chest pectoral muscle and was restored to better symmetry by creation of a custom pectoral muscle implant placed through the armpit. He had complete absence of the left nipple, but did not wish to have this reconstructed. Murav

Case 5. This 29 year old man had a mild deficiency of his right pectoral chest muscle despite vigorous chest exercises. In addition, he felt that his left pectoral chest muscle was not as large as he would have liked despite steady chest muscle exercises. A large size pectoral chest muscle implant (non-custom, stock, 'off the shelf') was placed through the armpit under the right pectoral muscle and a medium size pectoral chest muscle implant was placed on the left side. The resulting improved symmetry of the chest pectoral muscles can be seen in these before and after pictures.

Case 6 A 55 year old man had lived his life with a major asymmetry of his chest pectoral muscles. Dr. Gallico sculpted a custom mold to fill out the defect of the right chest and this mold was converted to a custom Silastic implant. The implant was placed through the chest wall scar which was already present from previous surgery on his ribs. The left breast was reduced in size and sagging ptosis by liposuction liposculpture. Case 7 A 27 year old man was disturbed by the lack of development of both pectoral muscles despite bench press exercises. Chest pectoral muscle implants were placed through the incisions in the armpits under the existing pectoral muscle to enhance their prominence and fullness. The implants for this type of chest pectoral muscle enhancement are available as stock, off-the-shelf implants in several different sizes. They are made of a soft Silastic material which is non-toxic and permanent. sirrom.

Case 8 This 26 year old man was born with a partial absence of the chest pectoral muscle. The upper part of the right chest pectoral muscle was intact and normal, and the patient exercised heavily with weights to optimize both pectoral muscles. Dr. Gallico sculpted a custom mold of the right chest muscle defect. This mold was converted to a custom chest pectoral muscle Silastic implant which was placed through the armpit improving the symmetry of both muscles. Iccutnas

Case 8 The same patient is shown during surgery with the custom Silastic implant placed over the defect in the right chest pectoral muscle showing how it will add to the defective right chest pectoral muscle. The implant was placed through the incision line in the armpit and its tapered contour blended well with the normal chest pectoral muscle above. The Silastic material is soft and will last forever.
