Otoplasty (Ear Prominence Pinning Reduction) Before and After Pictures

Prominent ears which stick out can be reduced and flattened and pinned back to the head by an otoplasty or ear pinning reduction plastic surgery operation

A 28 year old man was concerned that his ears stuck out, more on the right than the left. He is shown before and after otoplasty by Dr. Gallico with the ears corrected by the ear pinning operation in the top, middle, and lower portions of the ear to leave the ears pinned back so that they are still visible, but in just the right position.

This 37 year old woman had her prominent ears pinned back by Dr. Gallico's otoplasty plastic surgery operation. The right and left ears were very different before the surgery, and Dr. Gallico re sculpted each ear separately and differentially to bring both ears symmetrically back closer to the scalp, but not so close as to not be visible at all.
