Dr. G. Gregory Gallico, III, MD, FACS has been a cosmetic surgeon at The Boston Center and the Massachusetts General Hospital for more than 25 years.  He developed the MGH Cosmetic Surgery Center, which has emphasized surgical expertise and patient safety.  Dr. Gallico is a past-President of the Massachusetts Society of Plastic Surgeons, is Board Certified in Plastic Surgery, and is a Diplomat of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons.  Dr. Gallico was educated at Yale University, Harvard Medical School, and Oxford University, England.  An Associate Professor at the Harvard Medical School, he has been invited to lecture nationally and internationally on his work.

Dr. Gallico provides expertise in the full range of cosmetic plastic surgical procedures including face, eyelid, nose, and breast surgery as well as liposuction, abdominoplasty, and body sculpture. 

A pioneer in the use of computer simulation for nose surgery, Dr. Gallico has studied at the Yale School of Art and the Boston Museum of Fine Arts, which brings a new dimension of artistry and sculpture to his surgery.

Dr. Gallico has been listed among “America’s Top Docs” from 2001 to 2008 and his work has been featured in Newsweek, The New York Times, and on TV’s ‘Good Morning America’. Dr. Gallico’s ‘state-of-the-art’ plastic surgical techniques have been reported in Self, Allure, and Glamour magazines. He was just cited as one of the “Best Plastic Surgeons, 2008”, in Boston Magazine.
