Breast Mastopexy Lift Implant Augmentation Enlargement

Dr. G. Gregory Gallico Cosmetic Surgery of Boston

Breast Lift Mastopexy and Breast Implants Augmentation Enlargement

Breasts which have 'deflated' from pregnancy, breast feeding, weight loss, or age can be lifted by Breast Lift Mastopexy and refilled with breast implants to restore the breast and nipple to a higher position and the breasts to a fuller appearance. All breasts normally develop a lower contour and lose volume with time. In some women this process is hastened or becomes obvious prematurely, but can improved by breast surgery. Dr. Gallico can both lift the breasts and refill the breasts with a breast lift mastopexy and breast implants.

Breasts which have deflated, beocme smaller and sagged downor flattened can be lifted with the nipple raised back up and the volume and size of the breasts improved with more cleavage by breast lift mastopexy with breast implants

This 28 year old woman was concerned about decreased breast volume, breast sagging, and lower nipple position after pregnancy, child birth, and breast feeding. She underwent a breast augmentation with breast implants, 315 cc, and a breast lift or mastopexy to raise and refill her breasts to lift her nipples to a more normal position, and to create more breast cleavage.

The surgery is performed under general anethesia in an operating room for safety and sterility, but as an outpatient (you go Home the day of surgery).
