Case 1: This 28 year old 5' 6" 115 lbs. woman requested 260 cc hemispheric implants for breast implant augmentation enlargement. Dr. Gallico placed them under the pectoral muscle through a periareolar nipple incision for a natural appearance.

Case 3 This 25 year old woman, 5' 7" and 128 lbs. underwent breast implant placement through periareolar nipple incisions in submuscular pectoral pockets with 285 cc smooth walled round saline implants.

Case 5. A 47 year old woman received hemispheric saline filled round breast implants for breast enlargement from a A cup to a B-C cup with 290 cc breast implants for breast enlargement. The periareolar nipple incisions allow the placement of a large implant through a small, barely visible scar which blends with the normal dark tissue of the nipple and areola and in less noticeable than a scar in the crease under the breast or in the armpit (axilla), which can be seen by everyone.

This placement of the scar leaves a barely noticeable line which is visible only without clothes and which heals in a much less noticeable way than a scar in the crease under the breast or one in the armpit (axilla), which is visible to everyone in a tank top or at the beach.
