A 33 year old man had a reduction of the size and prominence of his stretched earlobes with incisions and scars that are barely visible and is shown in before and after pictures.

A 56 year old woman had reduction of her large stretched earlobes (ear lobes) at the time of face lift and necklift surgery through the same barely visible scars which are the same as used for the facelift and neck lift. Her previous earring pierce hole was re-positioned to keep the earring central on the ear lobe.

This 56 year old woman was concerned about earlobes which had grown over time, possibly stretched out by heavy earrings. Dr. Gallico reduced the size of the earlobes to a size more in balance with the rest of the ear and left the original pierce position as it was. The pierced ear site can also be changed at the same time if the patient wishes.
