This 37 year old man shown in before and after pictures had always had slightly enlarged breasts which grew more so in middle age with some fat accumulation. Dr. Gallico treated his gynecomastia male breast enlargement with a combination of direct excision and tumescent liposuction liposculpture.

This 48 year old man, shown in before and after pictures, noticed that with his gradual weight gain through the years he developed enlargement of the breasts as well. His breast glands were not enlarged so Dr. Gallico was able to reduce his enlarged male breasts with tumescent liposuction, suction lipectomy, and liposculpture techniques alone through small incisions with barely visible scars.

This 42 year old man is shown before and after tumescent liposuction, suction lipectomy, and liposcullpture of his enlarged male breasts (gynecomastia) which became enlarged and sagging with weight gain through the years. There was a normal amount of actual breast tissue so Dr. Gallico was able to reduce the prominence of his gynecomastia by tumescent suction lipectomy. Reducing the excess fat tissue in his breasts reduced the hanging pendulous sagging contour of his male breasts.

This 43 year old man, shown in before and after pictures, had somewhat enlarged conical male breasts since his teenage years. Weight gain and time had added some fat to his chest which resulted in male brest with a feminine contour (Gynecomastia). Dr. Gallico used a combination of surgical procedures including suction lipectomy, tumescent liposuction, and liposculpture along with partial excision of his naturally enlarged male breast glandular tissue to restore a more masculine contour to his chest. .
